Return Process

  Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
